Terms of Service
Plain-English terms for our websites and web care plans. Last updated Oct 1, 2026.
Who we are
lookatyournewsite.com is a trade name of YourAtlanta LLC ("we", "us"). Mail: 201 Allen St #10000, New York, NY 10002. Email: [email protected].
What we provide
We build, host and look after websites for local service businesses, on the plan you choose (Starter, Growth or Pro, described on What you get).
Small edits are included on every plan, without limit: changes to the wording, photos, hours, prices, services, service area, contact details and reviews on the pages you already have. New pages or sections, a design other than the three looks we offer, and custom features aren't small edits; Pro includes a page for every town and service, and otherwise we tell you the price of an addition before doing it.
AI receptionist (Pro): 300 conversations a month are included. Beyond that we may charge 20¢ per conversation, and we'll tell you before any such charge applies.
Previews
We build preview sites for businesses from public listing information, without being asked. A preview is labelled as a preview, hidden from search engines, never presented as the business's live website, and removed on the date shown on it (about six weeks after the postcard reaches you, and never more than 90 days after it was built), or sooner on request. Ask us to remove one at [email protected] and we will.
Billing
- There is no setup fee.
- Starter and Growth: you save a card when you claim your site (or, if you ask to talk first, after a call); nothing is charged then. Your plan starts, and the first month or year is charged, on the day your site goes live on your own domain. Pro starts with a call; billing likewise starts the day the site goes live.
- Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 30 days of your site going live, tell us and we'll refund everything you've paid, on monthly and yearly plans alike.
- Cancel anytime by text or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. After the first 30 days we don't refund the rest of a month, and a yearly plan is not refundable for the rest of its year.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; your current price applies until then.
Your domain and your content
A domain we register for you is registered in your name and is yours. The words, photos, logo and other material you give us remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them. If you cancel, you keep your domain: we transfer it to a registrar account of your choosing free of charge, and on request we'll send you a copy of your site's files. Before your site goes live we confirm with you every claim it makes about your business (for example, licensing, insurance and hours); you're responsible for keeping those accurate and telling us when something changes.
Text messages
When you claim a site or become a client, you agree that we may text the mobile number you give us about your site and account: setup, questions, billing, support, and the leads and reports your plan includes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't cancel your plan; we'll use email instead. Some of our replies are written by an AI assistant, which always says it's an AI.
Acceptable use
Don't ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or remove content like that.
Availability and liability
We work to keep sites online and fast, and we monitor them around the clock, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and tell active clients about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
